Then, explore historic Hanapēpē Town, surrounded by sugar cane fields. Take in the sweeping views from the Hanapēpē Valley lookout and cross the town’s iconic Swinging Bridge, a beloved landmark that has connected the community for more than a century.
Pause for a relaxing lunch on your own at Chicken in a Barrel BBQ, located at the charming Waimea Plantation Cottages, before heading to Kōke‘e State Park. Enjoy a stroll along a scenic nature trail surrounded by native Hawaiian flora and fauna. Lunch is not provided on this tour. We will stop for lunch on your own at Waimea Plantation Cottages - Chicken in a Barrel BBQ. Feast on delicious chicken and ribs prepared with their famous "barrel-smoked" technique. You'll also be able to get smaller plates and special selections for your keiki (children). They offer burgers and sandwiches too!
