This tour starts early in the morning where you will depart from the Honolulu Airport and fly over to Līhuʻe on Kaua‘i. From the airport, you will embark on a driving tour of Kaua‘i’s most breathtaking scenic locales including but not limited to Ahukini Landing, Lydgate Beach, Kīpuka, the town of Princeville, Kapa’a, and many more amazing locations.

After having lunch, take to the skies aboard a modern and sleek helicopter to continue exploring parts of the island that can’t be accessed with a vehicle. The airborne portion of the tour lasts 50 minutes and will take you over incredibly rugged terrain and remote locations. From the helicopter, you will be able to observe the Nā Pali Coast, Waimea Canyon, the hidden Kipa Kai Beach, and Mt. Waiʻaleʻale which is Kaua‘i's highest point. Along the way, you will be able to catch glimpses of countless waterfalls, massive sea cliffs, and lush jungle landscapes.

There are 3 areas on Kauai to explore during your 6-hour tour. You can talk to your guide about what you would like to see or let us know when booking.

Go up to the wetter north shore of Kaua‘i with a beautiful light-house view, plenty of amazing beaches and overlooks. On this tour, you will explore the small towns of Kapa‘a, Kailua, and Hanalei.
Explore central Kaua‘i and the south shore beaches, blowholes, cultural sites and coastal overlooks. We will check out a fishpond and visit a historic plantation town.
Go up into Waimea Canyon and do a little bit of exploring of overlooks at Kōkeʻe Park. See the Grand Canyon of the Pacific up close and take in the drier side of the island.

Return time to your Waikīkī hotel is expected to be 8 pm.

For each guest weighing 240 pounds or more, an adjacent, empty seat purchase is required to safely balance the aircraft. The charge for a comfort seat is reduced from the regular tour price, will confirm the exact amount during the booking process.

Tours With Flights Can Be Refunded But There Are Limitations

In the event of cancellation or request for a change to your reservation, please note the following. For most Hawai'i Tours & Activities originating from Oahu, there is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability if outside of the 72-hour period. Refunds will be in a combination of credit and cash depending on vendors and bookings. For tours purchased that include an inter-island flight, credit for a future flight will be provided, good for up to 1 year.
No refunds are issued for any tours within the 72 hours, before the start of your tour.

What Is Included In A Trip To Kaua'i?

There is a lot included in this tour. Pickup at your hotel in Waikīkī from a local guide who will bring you to the airport for check-in. Your flight to Līhuʻe and another guide will meet you at the airport in Kaua'i to take you on a 6 hour small group tour of Waimea Canyon and South Kaua'i. Before you leave the airport, you will take a short walk over to the heliport and enjoy a 45-50 minute helicopter ride around the island. After a full day, your guide will bring you back to the airport for your flight back to Honolulu. You will meet another guide curb-side at the airport who will bring you back to your Waikīkī accommodations.
